Applicable Scope: All privacy protection rules for Firalp concert check-in log service

Introduction

This Privacy Policy officially stipulates the data processing and privacy protection standards of Firalp, a dedicated concert check-in journal application. This policy transparently explains how we collect, store, use and protect user private data during the use of personalized concert recording services. It is applicable to all users who access and use the core functions of this application. Using the application means that you fully understand and agree to all terms of this policy. If you do not accept any terms, please stop using the service immediately.

1. Service Overview & Age Access Restriction

Firalp is a private personal recording tool tailored for concert lovers. Its core functions allow users to upload concert-related photos such as live scene photos and ticket photos, and record exclusive text journals to archive concert memories, on-site feelings and personalized viewing records. All user-generated logs are privately stored in the application, and users can view and browse their personal recording content at any time. The application does not have any public sharing, social interaction or commercial push functions, and all recorded content only serves the user’s personal memory arrangement.

Concert recording content involves personal entertainment preferences and private life memories. To fully protect user data privacy and comply with global data protection laws and regulations, all service functions of Firalp are only open to users aged 18 and above with complete civil capacity. This application does not provide services for minors, and we will never actively collect any personal data of minors. Once unauthorized minor access and usage is detected, we have the right to restrict device access and clear all cached log data. Legal guardians can contact our official email to apply for data processing and clearance.

2. Types of User Data Processed

We strictly abide by the data minimization principle, and only collect and process data necessary to realize the basic recording functions of the application. We will never collect any irrelevant sensitive private data including user location, contact list, biometric information and payment data. The user data processed by the platform is limited to the following two categories:

Concert Related Image Data: All photos uploaded by users independently for concert check-in and memory recording, including live venue photos, ticket stubs and other scene materials, which are only used for users’ private log display;

Personal Text Log Data: All text content edited and created by users, including concert viewing experiences, on-site feelings, star chasing records and other personalized private notes;

Anonymous Operation Data: De-identified application running logs, including function usage records and system fault feedback data, which cannot locate any individual user and is only used for product optimization.

3. Legitimate Purpose of Data Usage

We promise not to sell, rent or disclose user private data to any third-party institutions for commercial marketing, advertising promotion or data training without the user’s explicit authorization. All collected data is only used for legitimate service operation purposes: realizing storage, display and browsing of users’ concert check-in logs; optimizing application operating performance and repairing potential system bugs; receiving and replying to user privacy consultation and service feedback through official email channels.

4. Data Storage & Security Protection Measures

All user uploaded images and text log content are stored in encrypted private databases. The platform adopts localized storage logic by default, focusing on protecting user private memory data. Users have full independent control over all personal log data and can view and retain their recording content independently. The system will automatically clean up invalid anonymous operation logs on a regular basis to reduce data storage risks.

We adopt end-to-end encryption technology for all user private data transmission and storage links. A strict internal data access management mechanism has been established to prohibit internal staff from accessing, viewing or obtaining user private log content without legitimate work authorization, effectively avoiding data leakage, tampering and unauthorized access risks.

5. Third-Party Data Sharing Rules

Firalp adheres to a strict privacy isolation policy. Under no daily operating circumstances will we share, transmit or authorize any third-party enterprises, developers or service platforms to obtain users’ concert photos, text logs and private recording data. The application does not embed any third-party data collection SDK, and all data processing operations are completed in an independent and secure environment.

Data disclosure is only permitted under legal mandatory scenarios, including official judicial rulings and administrative orders issued by competent regulatory authorities. We will strictly verify legal procedures and control the scope of data disclosure to protect user privacy to the greatest extent.

6. Policy Update & User Inquiry Channel

We reserve the right to update and revise this Privacy Policy according to legal regulatory requirements and product function iteration. The latest version of the policy will be displayed on the privacy page inside the application, with the official update date of June 18, 2026. Users’ continued use of the application’s recording functions after the policy update takes effect is deemed as recognition of the revised terms.
